A land of insurmountable landscapes and beautiful people.
The name “Spiti” means “The Middle Land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India. Spiti valley is a place. Spiti valley is home to some of the oldest monasteries (Tabo, Sherkhang and Dhankar- all around 1000 years old), highest motorable villages in Asia (Langza and Komic), highest post office in the world (Hikkim), Chandrataal lake, beautiful and vast landscape, ancient and intact culture and simple people. The valley is home to a distinctive Tibetan Buddhist culture similar to that found in Tibet and the Ladakh region in India.

The landscape, the high altitude and the people are what make Spiti Valley a place of unlimited beauty.

Mr. Vivek Vatsyayan

Incredible Spiti (IS) is fast to respond. Vishesh and Rutika are very quick on whatsapp and on mail. Both are extremely patient with queries and responses. Connectivity in the region beyond Shimla is patchy for Vodafone subscribers – especially data connectivity – but Vishesh is available on sms. Vishesh is supported by Dinesh in Kaza who is equally responsive. It is clear from my experience with IS that for them customer is king. The itinerary was planned with care to ensure we are well acclimatised. Dikshit, our driver, was the best that we could have asked for. We could not have had a better partner than IS to take us around Spiti.

Incredible spiti is the best group to travel around spiti. These guys are very cool and open with the client. The best I like about him is that he is very friendly while on tour then also he will maintain a client-guide distance. Love Incredible Spiti…….😊

Katherine Hall (Canada)

I had arranged to come from Canada at the end of the rainy season with my two sons. The roads were washed out though so we were unable to cross over Rohtang. But Rutika was great. She came up with other ideas and we ended up going to a lovely village near Shohja. They also had suggestions for the other parts of our trip. They were warm and welcoming and I will definitely travel with them when we are back. Katherine from Canada

Incredible Spiti is like a beautiful friend! They’ve been with me all along—right from the day I contacted them to this very day. At no point I felt I was dealing with a travel company. Every moment spent with them was like spending with a friend—a friend who is so intimately familiar with Spiti that it seems like it’s coded in their DNA. Vishesh, Rutika, Tsering, Tenzin, Dev are incredible people … as incredible as Spiti is. No wonder that they named their work Incredible Spiti. And to top it all the gorgeous landscape of Spiti speaks for itself. Thank you Incredible Spiti for showing me a beautiful world and your loving hearts.

Tony Roberts (Australia)

Great email communication. We took a few iterations to get our custom 10 day trip planned. They offered good advice and were patient and *very* clear with inclusions/exclusions. They arranged an excellent driver with a high clearance vehicle (Rakesh). The region and trip were just stunning. We found the budget option suited us perfectly, and found some of the homestays and hotels to be excellent even if they were very basic. We went looking for adventure, different cultures and natural beauty – and found it all. Our family of four from Australia loved it (2 adults, a 14yo and 12yo). The people of the Spiti region and HP state were friendly, polite and honest people. Would highly recommend, but note that the roads can be a little frightening at times (our driver was very careful!) so would recommend researching first.
